Impossibile accedere al servizio Windows Installer

"Impossibile accedere al servizio Windows Installer. Ciò può verificarsi se si esegue Windows in modalità provvisoria, o se Windows Installer non è installato." Se vi capita il suddetto errore potrebbe essere che Windows Installer non sia installato, alcuni dei suoi files siano danneggiati/corrotti oppure sia dovuto ad un virus/malware presente sul vostro computer. Io ho risolto, sia su Windows XP che su Windows 7, reinstallando Windows Installer 4.5 scaricato direttamente dal sito Microsoft ed eseguendo il seguente comando dal pannello Esegui: msiexec /regserver

Reinstall Windows Installer 4.5 and execute the command "msiexec /regserver"
